- Visual Inspection test.
- Verification of insulation resistance and pressure test.
- Calibration of protection and measurement relays.
- Site inspection and installation of protection devices (e.g. Surge Protector Devices) and monitoring devices (e.g. Metering set, MCCB, MCB).
- Busbar and cable joining and connection.
- Cable and Power Supply for MCB.
- Design Power Factor Correction Board to reduce production cost and to improve on energy consumption level.
- Site refurbishment of LV MSB - supply and replacement of internal switchboard components.
- Provide extensive ad-hoc support and troubleshooting to ensure minimal disruption to client's day-to-day operations (e.g. emergency breakdown, power outage).
- Electrical power generation, protection, maintenance and repair.
- Site calibration for device protection (e.g. commissioning operating test for setting and recalibration EF & OC devices).
Design and customise full design packages based on client’s exact specification.
Provide means and modernize technologies, CAD / CAM Software and machineries in the fabrication process.
All our products are coated by epoxy powder coating with chemical treatment for Oil & Rust Remover, Antirust and Oven baked.
